About this service
Before vaccination every animal gets a clinical exam: we only vaccinate healthy patients, so the body can build strong immunity. Each vaccine is recorded in the pet passport together with the date of the next booster.
Regular deworming protects not only your pet but your family too, as some intestinal parasites can pass to humans. Our lab tests faecal samples for worms and protozoa, and we test dogs for heartworm (dirofilariasis), which is spread by mosquito bites.

Frequently asked questions
Why deworm before vaccinating?
Parasites weaken the immune system, so the vaccine may not work as well. Deworming is usually done 7–14 days before vaccination.
My cat never goes outside. Does she need vaccines?
Yes. Viruses can come into the home on shoes and clothes. Your vet will adapt the vaccination schedule to your cat’s lifestyle.
What reactions are normal after a vaccine?
Mild tiredness or tenderness at the injection site in the first 24–48 hours is normal. If you notice vomiting, facial swelling or difficulty breathing, call us straight away.
